Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Statement

The Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association (MVDSA) cultivates values, policies, and practices that creates a community of diversity and inclusion where all people are valued and respected. MVSDA recognizes the diversity of skills, qualities, attributes, and backgrounds of all individuals in our community. We value, respect, and encourage differences of age, race, ethnicity, national origin, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, language, physical and cognitive ability, education level, political affiliation, religion, socio-economic status, and veteran status among our stakeholders, board members, volunteers, and staff.

The MVDSA strives to meet this DEIA commitment by:
