 r use.\nRental Requirements\nTo help us keep the Event Center clean and re
 ady for the next group\, we ask that you please follow these requirements:
 \n\nAccess Code: Contact the MVDSA office at Office@mvdsa.org to receive t
 he door code before your event.\nLeave the Event Center as you found it. P
 lease return the space to its original condition\, including:\n\nReturn al
 l tables and chairs to the same layout in which you found them.\nVacuum th
 e carpet.\nEmpty all garbage cans and place the garbage in the dumpster.\n
 Replace each garbage bag with a new bag.\nDuring the summer\, set the A/C 
 to 75°F.\nDuring the winter\, set the heat to 65°F.\n\n\nReport Damage: 
 Please notify the MVDSA office immediately if you discover any damage when
  you arrive or if any damage occurs during your event.\n\nThank you for he
