Host Your Next Event at the MVDSA Event Center!

Looking for a convenient and affordable space for your next party, gathering, or celebration? You can now rent the MVDSA Event Center for just $20 for a 4-hour event!

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a family gathering, or planning a small event, the MVDSA Event Center is available for your use.

Rental Requirements

To help us keep the Event Center clean and ready for the next group, we ask that you please follow these requirements:

• Access Code: Contact the MVDSA office at Office@mvdsa.org to receive the door code before your event.
• Leave the Event Center as you found it. Please return the space to its original condition, including:
  • Return all tables and chairs to the same layout in which you found them.
  • Vacuum the carpet.
  • Empty all garbage cans and place the garbage in the dumpster.
  • Replace each garbage bag with a new bag.
  • During the summer, set the A/C to 75°F.
  • During the winter, set the heat to 65°F.
• Report Damage: Please notify the MVDSA office immediately if you discover any damage when you arrive or if any damage occurs during your event.
